Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. To calculate your exact shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and be included in your total.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time) excluding holidays observed by the Post Office, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* (during regular seasons). Processing times may be extended during holiday seasons.

Shipping from Warehouse:

You can order as many items as you like, and you’ll only be charged a flat rate for shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days* (during regular seasons). Delivery times may be longer during holidays.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If no tracking information is available, it means the carrier has not processed the package yet. Once scanned, tracking events will be visible on the tracking page.

In cases where multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery. Don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at once; they are on their way!

Why haven’t I received any order confirmation details?
This is usually due to an incorrectly entered email address. We send 3-4 emails throughout the process, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you think you’ve entered your email incorrectly, contact us so we can correct it.

Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders sent to APO addresses are shipped via DHL Global Mail and transferred to USPS for final delivery. APO shipments can take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Please note that once the package enters the military mail system, tracking information ceases to update for security reasons.
