Once we evaluate, the refund request will be processed within 1-3 business days. If the request is approved by our team, the refund is expected to be arrived in 2-3 business days.

Returns
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, there is no need to return it to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund, which is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive or collect the package).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, or the order being marked as “delivered” in the tracking system but lost after delivery).
- The item received matches the description.
Cancellations (If Applicable)
Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to request cancellation. A 10% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied. After this period, the item will enter production, and we will not be able to cancel the order.
Refunds
- For PayPal Accounts: Processed within 48 hours.
- For Credit Card Accounts: 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges
- In-Stock Items: 1-3 business days.
- Out-of-Stock Items: 5-7 business days.
Compensation (Points or Coupons): Processed within 1-2 business days.
Repair: 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for size unless the wrong size was sent by our mistake. For issues such as printing errors, we will handle them. Please contact us for instructions, and do not send any item back unless we authorize it.
